Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. You tell us your company name, how many people are on your team, and what domain you'd like. We handle everything else and explain it all in plain English.
What happens after setup — will I be able to manage things myself?
Yes. You'll receive a handoff document walking through everything we set up and how to manage it. Microsoft 365 has a straightforward admin panel and the website can be edited without any coding knowledge.
What does Microsoft 365 cost on top of the setup fee?
Microsoft 365 Business Basic is approximately $6 per user per month, billed directly by Microsoft. For a 5-person team that's $30/month. You own that relationship — there are no ongoing fees from us.
What if I already have a domain?
No problem. We can work with your existing domain and configure everything around it. Just mention it when you fill out the intake form.
